Link Alliance operated a visitor information centre called Te Manawa ('The Heart') at 1 New North Road, Eden Terrace.
Te Manawa also housed state-of-the-art experiential equipment for health and safety training, as well as staff offices.
Now closed to the public, the property will eventually be redeveloped as part of wider development plans by the Auckland Urban Development Office (AUDO).
